About This Project :
RSCCE had worked on the development and renewal of Al-Gazierah Youth Center to become a model youth center that can host both regional and international youth and sports events. This center is developed to guide and enhance the sporting and cultural abilities of the youth. The objective of this project has been based on the re-use of the unutilized spaces and building, and the maintenance of landscaping.
Scope:
- Preparing of structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical and sanitary designs.
- Surveying works.
- Preparing tender documents, including general and special conditions, technical specifications, and bill of quantities.
- Evaluating tender offers.
- Revision of the periodical and final bill of quantities.
- Permanent supervision.
