About This Project:
RSCCE has designed and supervised all stages of construction of the Youth Sporting Development Center in Shobra El Khaima. The project started by study and design phase followed by the supervision of all construction phases to become a model for youth centers in Egypt, to serve residents of Shobra El Khaima and adjacent areas. The center is equipped with football playgrounds and gymnastics, halls for karate, judo and taekwondo. Moreover, the center is also including a training swimming pools, art theatre hall and cinemas, and commercial shopping mall.
Scope:
- Preparing of structural, architectural and sanitary designs.
- Preparing tender documents, including general and special conditions, technical specifications, and bill of quantities.
- Evaluating tender offers.
- Revision of the periodical and final bill of quantities.
- Permanent supervision.
