About this project:
RSCCE has signed a cooperation protocol with Giza Chamber of Commerce in the fields of engineering consultancies, which include preparing designs and supervising for its own projects in Giza Governorate.
Scope:
- Site visits to the location of projects that the chamber may want to implement.
- Locating borehole locations and their number, preparing the Geotechnical report.
- Preparing engineering drawings and designs for civil works that the chamber wants to implement.
- Preparing complete set of tender documents, including general and special conditions, technical specifications, and bill of quantities.
- Participate with the technical and financial committees of the chamber to evaluate tender offers.
- Participate with Giza Chamber of Commerce in handing over work sites to projects implementation contractors and signing the handover records.
- Periodic supervision of the implementation of the projects.
- The primary and final receipt of the projects under implementation, taking into consideration all technical specifications.
