About This Project :
RSCCE has designed & supervised all of the projects related to the engineering development of the Institute of Ophthalmology Research.
Scope:
- Preparing of architectural, construction, sanitary, electrical and air conditioning designs.
- Preparing tender documents, including general and special conditions, technical specifications, and bill of quantities.
- Periodic supervision for all stages of the project and technical support.
- Revision of the periodical and final bill of quantities.
- Evaluating tenders offers.
- Attendance of the primary and final acceptance committees.
