About This Project :
RSCCE took the reponsibility of the construction of a new headquarter for the youth and sporting administration sector in Aswan Governorate. RSCCE started the project by the study and design phase, followed by the supervision of all phases of constructions. In addition; the supervision of the development of the Indoor Sporting Hall in Aswan was carried out by RSCCE.
Scope:
- Surveying works.
- Preparing of structural and architectural designs.
- Preparing tender documents, including general and special conditions, technical specifications, and bill of quantities.
- Evaluating tenders offers.
- Revision of the periodical and final bill of quantities.
- Permanent supervision.
