About This Project :
The project aims to undertake comprehensive development of sohag sporting stadium, to become as one of the olympic center, which includes state of the art of playground, indoor arena and a high standard hotel for athlete's accommodations. In addition; the stadium will be equipped with monitoring cameras system and metal dector gates.
Scope:
- Surveying works.
- Preparing of structural and architectural designs.
- Preparing tender documents, including general and special conditions, technical specifications, and bill of quantities.
- Evaluating tenders offers.
- Revision of the periodical and final bill of quantities.
- Permanent supervision.
