About This Project:
RSCCE has prepared a technical study on the second phase of La Vie village project in Ras Sedr City – Sinai, including:
- Site visits to the location of La Vie village.
- Evaluating the technical, construction and financial situations of the work carried out for the construction of the second phase of La Vie village.
Scope:
- Revision of the Engineering Drawings.
- Surveying works for the construction and buildings of the village.
- Execute the core and Schmidt hammer tests for all village buildings.
- Reviewing documents of the executed quantities and comparing them with the actual quantities in the site.
- Estimating construction materials in the site.
- Preparing a technical report with the existing construction flaws.
