About This Project :
RSCCE has prepared a master and execution plan for upgrading the Leadership Development Institute in Helwan, and the design of the new hotel building for female students on a total area of 2150 m2.
Scope:
- Designing Rooms to accommodate up to 6 students per room.
- Designing a Study hall and combined toilets in each floor, taking into considerations the standard specifications.
- The hotel can accommodate a total of 509 female students in 112 rooms.
- The hotel also includes ancillary services (reception hall - supervisor room – Sports Hall – shopping store – study lounge and cafeteria).
